Evan Sanders

Evan Sanders joined A123 from the consumer semiconductor industry where he most recently worked at Centrality Communications, a supplier of integrated GPS solutions. Prior to this Evan worked at Memsic Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor accelerometers used in automotive safety systems and consumer applications. Evan also spent 10 years in the optical component industry where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Lasertron which was sold to Oak Industries (NYSE:OAKI) in 1995, which was then sold to Corning Inc. (NYSE:GLW) in early 2000. After this Evan worked at CyOptics Inc., building their US presence and eventually opening a US headquarters facility near Boston, MA. Evan holds a BSEE degree from Northeastern University.
