Our trusted strategic VACP’s have the knowledge and technical capabilities that are required to design and integrate advanced solutions using A123’s cell technology. VACP’s are the only source for authorized A123 products, aside from purchasing from A123 directly. A123 provides the VACP’s with ongoing training and support to ensure the complete satisfaction of end customers with battery systems built using A123’s technology.

A123 Systems warns its customers against purchasing products marked with A123 Systems identification from unauthorized resellers. These products may be scrap products or, in some cases, counterfeit products, and do not meet minimum A123 quality and performance standards. Additionally, counterfeit products may pose significant safety hazard to their users due to improper design, use of unsafe materials, or poor construction and quality control.
